
Liru Cassava Flour
The name LIRU was inspired by Mount Liru which raises above all the hills in Koboko district. It is situated in Lobule Sub County five miles east of Koboko town.
The product is a high cassava flour (HQCF) made as a proud product of the Republic of Uganda. The raw materials are solely sourced local in the West Nile and Northern Districts of Uganda.
Cassava especially in the form of flour is very popular and widely consumed food crops in Uganda and Africa. The factory is located at Enzeva Area of Arua District 14km from Arua town on the Kampala highway.
The HQCF plant is capable processing 4 tons per hour of cassava tuber and produce 1 ton of cassava flour per hour packaged into 1kg, 2kgs, 5kgs, 10kgs 20kgs and 50kgs units.
